Robert Cartelli

BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Robert Cartelli is a Professor of Business at Colorado Mountain College, where he teaches management, marketing, and business information systems courses. He also oversees service learning and internship courses, helping students apply classroom learning in the community. Before Colorado Mountain College, Robert taught undergraduate and graduate students at Champlain College in Burlington, VT, and overseas MBA courses at The International College.

Robert’s professional experience includes working in telecommunications consulting during the dot-com boom and bust, gaining unique experience in navigating high-growth industries and dynamic business environments. He also has over a decade of experience in the winter sports industry, working across wholesale and retail operations.

Robert holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a Master’s in Internet Strategy Management from Marlboro College. Sharing his academic and professional experiences, resources, and stories equips students to understand the intersection of technology and business.

Robert spends his winter skiing at Breckenridge Resort. He spends much of the summer in Vermont, reconnecting with friends, family, the Green Mountains, and Lake Champlain.
